Peer review process

All manuscripts submitted for inclusion in our journal will undergo a selection process and a double-blind peer review.

In the first phase, the Editorial Board will select the documents that meet the essential requirements for a research article, review, book review, or essay.

In the second phase, the selected works will be reviewed by external experts—recognized researchers from national and international institutions—who will provide their assessment anonymously, based on the following criteria and any others they deem relevant.

Reviewers must submit their reviews within 30 calendar days; if an extension is required, a written request must be sent to the editorial team stating the reason for the extension and the date by which the reviewer commits to submitting their comments.

Accepted manuscripts:

Once the external review process is complete, authors will receive feedback from the reviewers. If the outcome of the external review is favorable without revisions, the author will be notified and the manuscript will proceed to the editing phase. If the outcome is favorable with revisions, the author will be asked to address the suggestions and submit a revised version. If the recommendations made by the reviewer are minor, the Editorial Committee may approve the second version; however, if the suggestions are numerous and substantial, the revised version will be sent to the reviewer for possible approval. The time between the final evaluation and the publication of the text should not exceed three months.

The Editorial Committee will resolve controversial cases as follows:

It will review the evaluations and the revised version, as well as any document the author submits to explain the changes made and properly justify the comments that, for whatever reason, were not addressed.
It may approve the text for the editing phase or decide to submit it for a new evaluation.
