Abstract

En el presente estudio se revisan algunos conceptos clave que impactan en el desempeño y manejo de la cadena de suministro. A lo largo de las últimas décadas, el concepto de resiliencia se ha popularizado no solamente en el campo social y psicológico, sino también en las áreas de ingeniería, y ha sido recientemente que esta variable se ha utilizado con frecuencia para describir un atributo fundamental e indispensable de la cadena de suministro. Por tal motivo, en este documento se presentan las aportaciones más significativas de los últimos años en relación a la resiliencia de la cadena de suministros y el diagrama de flujo de valor, que en ocasiones es utilizado para analizar la cadena de suministros y evaluar su grado de resiliencia.
