This research work addresses the existing problem between religious freedom and freedom of expression, from the Mexican legal context and international foundations.
Under this premise, the fundamental right of religious freedom, its scope and limitations, will be analyzed at first, in the same way, the right to freedom of expression will be addressed; to establish an interrelationship and the existing conflict between these liberties.
In addition, acts committed by religious ministers and by candidates for popular election will be analyzed, which will give rise to discussion, in relation to the
