Abstract

Este artículo analiza diferentes estudios sobre la percepción del estilo de liderazgo transformacional y su relación con el sentido de pertenencia (SOB) en las organizaciones. La aproximación al fenómeno fue a través de una revisión literaria sobre liderazgo transformacional y SOB, para comprender y establecer su importancia organizacional. Los resultados proveerán a los líderes, información pertinente para mejorar las capacidades y estrategias en la administración de las empresas actuales. La capacidad de liderazgo genera calidad y productividad en escenarios empresariales globales cambiantes, como respuesta del sentido de pertenencia de sus colaboradores.
