Elements that must be considered in the preparation of Bills and Reforms

This article studies the elements that must be considered for the creation and modification of laws, not only through the methodological and structural bases that make up a bill initiative document, but also the reasons that must be considered for the formulation of these bills. It’s based on the identification of a legislative methodology and the description of the components that make up a bill text. Aims to achieve a contribution on the teaching area of legislative technique and parliamentary law regarding the elements for regulatory creation.
