Bullying as a criminogenic and detonative aspect of the origin of teen offenders in Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua

Abstract

The present investigation arises from a criminological approach. Studying the bullying as a subject of study from a modern criminological approach, it is a documental, field, qualitative and cross-sectional investigation since it was based on facts precriminal and criminal behaviors from a sample of 60 teenage offenders secluded in “Escuela de Mejoramiento Social para Menores en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua”. This study allows to measure the correctional prevalence between the bullying and the precriminal behaviors, which allows us to predict future criminal behaviors. The investigation proposal, in which it is made to know the results correlated between bullying, precriminal behavior, academic failure, use of drugs and the little or no acceptance of rules both in a familiar environment as an a school environment, is collected data which first and foremost allows to deduct how the indiscriminate practice of bullying can helps us to predict criminal behaviors on the teenager and the importance to implement a new subject inside the academicals plan named as preventive sciences, which allows the students to be familiar with themes such as crime prevention and victim prevention and thereby avoid the victimhood and the antisocial behaviors inside of schools.
