Anatomía de un modelo sistémico-axiológico para la gestión de la sustentablidad de parques urbanos en zonas áridas

Resumen

Se combina un enfoque sistémico input-output y una taxonomía axiológica en la
construcción de un modelo para la gestión de la sustentabilidad de parques urbanos,
enfatizando las zonas áridas. El modelo se conforma realizando un escalamiento
de los criterios STAMP del Reporte Bellagio de la OCDE, al caso de un
parque urbano, incorporando un conjunto de principios axiológicos. Mediante
un proceso sistemático, se transita de lo general a lo particular a lo largo de una
jerarquía descendente, desarrollando factores e indicadores para la evaluación
de la sustentabilidad de los parques. En el proceso sistémico se concentra en un
solo esquema los indicadores medioambientales, sociales y económicos, relativos
a la sustentabilidad de estos espacios. Basado en los trabajos previos, se presenta
una discusión general acerca de la pertinencia del modelo, tomando como ejemplo
el estudio de la amortiguación del ruido en el Parque Central “Hermanos
Escobar” de Ciudad Juárez.
